How can you help?
Offering help to anyone with mental health issues is very important, and shows that you are supportive of them during their struggles.
If you or a loved one sufferes from mental health issues please make arrangements to have them get the issues checked on. The other thing to note is that they're human just like us, and deserve the same love and respect as others. If someone is going through a tough time reach out to them, and you never know how much of an impact that can show not only for your characters, but for others as well.
